MIR.EXPERT / Privacy
Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy
MIR.EXPERT · Version dated 9 October 2026
The website is hosted by NetAngels. The form sends enquiries to mks@mir.expert through the NetAngels mail service. Email and telephone contact are also available. Online payments are not connected.
This policy explains what information is used on MIR.EXPERT, how the form and contact links work, and how to make enquiries about personal data. It has been prepared for the business website of sole proprietor K. S. Mirovsky, based on a document provided by the owner and the website's actual operating setup.
1 Scope
MIR.EXPERT presents Konstantin Mirovsky's work, services and approach, and provides a way to discuss new projects. This version describes the public MIR.EXPERT business website. It does not automatically apply to the separate AI website builder SITE.MIR.EXPERT, HUMAN or other websites linked from the portfolio.
The website has no registration, personal accounts, payments, subscriptions or promotional mailings. Visiting the website or reading the policy does not itself constitute consent to any processing of personal data. Where consent is required for specific processing, it is obtained separately from this policy.
2 Data controller and contacts
Data controller: sole proprietor Konstantin Sergeevich Mirovsky. Russian taxpayer identification number (INN): 661220635115.
For personal data enquiries and requests: mks@mir.expert. Telephone: +7 992 014 72 97. Additional contact for website projects: site@mir.expert.
The name, INN and contact details have been checked against the business details document. Details for preparing a contract are available in that document on the website. Personal data enquiries may be sent to mks@mir.expert.
3 Project enquiry form
The form includes a name, a preferred contact method for a reply, a description of the task, and the selected service or project context. These fields help prepare a relevant enquiry. The form does not request passport details, payment details, health information or other special categories of personal data. Do not include information about other people in the task description without an appropriate basis.
When you submit the form, your name, contact details, project description, selected context and interface language are sent over HTTPS to the MIR.EXPERT server. The server validates the fields and passes an email through the NetAngels mail service to mks@mir.expert so that the operator can reply and discuss your project. The email includes an enquiry number and submission time. Form fields are not written to cookies or persistent browser storage. A success message means that the mail service accepted the message for delivery; an uncertain result is shown as unconfirmed.
The website does not maintain a separate database containing enquiry text. Emails are stored in the operator’s mailbox; correspondence is described in section 4. To limit frequent and duplicate submissions, the server stores an enquiry number, time and keyed hashes derived from the network address and enquiry content. Raw IP addresses and form text are not written to this service file. Rate counters cover one hour and duplicate records cover one day; expired records are cleared during subsequent enquiry processing. The file is outside the public website directory. If sending fails, the fields remain in the open browser page.
4 Contact by email and telephone
The email preparation button creates a draft in the user's chosen email application. It includes the entered name, contact details, task and context. The email application may save and synchronise the draft according to its settings. The email is not sent automatically: the user reviews it and sends it themselves. The telephone number link opens an available calling application.
Information in a voluntarily submitted enquiry is processed to reply to it and discuss a possible project. This may include a name, contact details, message contents and information needed for that discussion. If the interaction proceeds to a contract, the basis, scope and duration of processing are also determined by the contract and applicable legal requirements.
Correspondence is retained for the time needed to reply to an enquiry and discuss a possible contract, taking applicable legal and contractual requirements into account. You may request deletion of information at mks@mir.expert; the request will be considered in light of any lawful grounds for continued retention. Enquiry data is not used for promotional mailings. The operation of email applications and email services is also governed by their terms and settings.
5 Planned payments for services
The website is planned to accept payments for services through YooKassa or a payment service from Tochka Bank. A provider has not yet been chosen. Payment integration is not connected: the website does not accept payments or receive payment transaction data.
The planned process is payment through the selected service's payment page after the service and its terms have been agreed. The project enquiry form is not intended for entering bank card details or payment verification codes.
Before payments are enabled, the actual data recipient, purposes and legal bases for processing, the information to be transferred, retention periods and applicable payment service terms must be determined. These details will be included in an updated policy. Mentioning two possible services does not mean that data is transferred to both providers.
6 Technical information and external links
The website does not include analytics systems, advertising pixels or third-party widgets. Cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage are not used to track visitors or store form contents. Fonts and images are loaded from the website's own files.
NetAngels provides website hosting and mail delivery to mks@mir.expert. Hosting logs may contain IP addresses, request times, URLs and browser information for operation and protection of the website. The mail service processes the message and delivery metadata. Retention of logs and backups depends on the provider and service settings; this policy does not specify a retention period for them. This description does not cover logging performed by your own device.
Following a portfolio link opens a separate website whose rules should be reviewed there. Email applications and telecommunications providers operate under their own terms. These actions do not in themselves mean that MIR.EXPERT transfers the form contents to them. The exception is the user's explicit choice to prepare an email in their email application.
7 Data processing and protection
Form content is sent only to the operator’s specified email address through NetAngels infrastructure. Enquiries are not sent to CRM, artificial intelligence, analytics or advertising services. The recipient is fixed on the server and cannot be changed by a visitor. The server validates the format and size of the data and limits submission frequency. Access to the protective service file is restricted on the server, and it does not contain enquiry text.
Personal data processing must be limited to the stated purposes and the information necessary for them, have an appropriate legal basis, and take account of the requirements of Russian Federation law. Data must not be retained longer than necessary for the processing purpose, unless a different period is established by law or an applicable contract.
The connection to the website is protected by HTTPS. Infrastructure access and protection measures are organised within the systems actually used. The existence of this policy or HTTPS does not itself guarantee the absence of risks or replace the configuration of access restrictions, deletion procedures and other necessary protection measures.
8 Rights and requests
Users may request information about the processing of their personal data, request its correction, blocking or destruction where grounds exist, and withdraw previously given consent. Requests may be emailed to mks@mir.expert with the subject 'Personal data'. To start a request, describe what you are asking for and provide information that makes it possible to locate the relevant enquiry. Where necessary, the controller will request information prescribed by law to identify the requester or verify their authority. Do not send unnecessary documents in advance.
Requests are considered in accordance with the procedures and time limits established by law. Verification of the requester's authority may be required to protect the data. Withdrawal of consent does not end processing where there is an independent lawful basis for continuing it. Users may contact Roskomnadzor or a court.
9 Policy updates
The policy must be updated if the data collected, purposes, retention periods, recipients or processing methods change. The current version is published through an accessible link on the website and includes a date. A change to the policy text does not itself replace obtaining new consent where it is required.
The legal basis used to prepare this policy is Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006, On Personal Data. This version describes the website’s current operation and must be updated before connecting payments or other data recipients.
